Shaun wants to discuss something "Very important" with Glassman. He says Glassman forgot two screws when building the crib. (Yet he's not worried that Lea forgot the blueberries while cooking pancakes.)

Shaun wants to notify Lim and do more tests. Glassman says no. He says that if Shaun goes to Lim  he will look ridiculous. He storms off. Shaun decides he needs conclusive evidence. He will observe Glassman.

Dr. Andrews insists that Jordan and Asher help him with a patient who has a condition that looks like algae on his face. He also has abdomen pain.

Glassman sees a young guy who was hit with a baseball. Shaun insists on observing and is impressed that Glassman noticed pupil dilation. Also he has cleared his schedule to observe Glassman and finds this case interesting.

Lim tells Morgan that no one wants to take Eden because of her Turner syndrome.

The patient tells Asher this is how it was meant to be and L-rd works in mysterious ways. Asher tries to convince him to have the growths surgically removed. The patient knows people laugh at him or find him grotesque but tries to be open to G-d's gifts.

Jared doesn't see anything on the MRI. He and Danny talk about whether Danny might want to help with an at-risk sports program. Jared notices sometihng on the MRI after all.

Jared tells the patient that there are multiple cerebral aneurysms. Glassman wants to order a test and seems to forget the word.

Eddie needs surgery. Asher doesn't like his faith-based attitude. Eddie tells them his parents had the disease also and gave him up and his foster mother was a minister.

Shaun tells jJred and Danny he is not observing them, but Glassman.

 Morgan is singing to baby Eden and Park worries she's getting attached.

At home Asher rants to Jerome about how horrible religion is and how no one should have faith. Jerome is upset but says nothing.

Danny is looking for a place to meditate and finds Jordan in the chapel. He tells her he shouldn't have given her relationship advice. He doesn't think she needs him for advice or anything else.  She gets a page. Eddie is crashing.

The tumor has caused major bleeding so they can't remove it. Asher thinks they should do chemo. Andrews' solution is more risky but he says he doesn't care what residents think.

Shaun is a nuisance and keeps interrupting Glassman. Glassman blows up at Shaun and Shaun says his outburst is proof of poor impulse control.

Morgan is taking care of the baby. Lim comes in and says the social worker has found someone to take Eden.

Lea comes to see Shaun who only wants to talk about Glassman. He insists there's something wrong, though he doesn't think Glassman is a danger to his patients.

Eddie's surgery goes well. Jordan says Eddie is blessed.

Danny is going tonight though Jared feels a need to tell him the coach is cute. He also mentions that he and Jordan talked about Danny.

The patient has a bad headache and apparently an aneurysm has ruptured.

Surgery begins. Glassman asks for CT scans. He wants to clip the smaller aneurysms. He and Shaun argue about what to do. Everyone but Glassman thinks they should go with a conservative approach that will end the patient's career.

Meanwhile Andrews tells his patient the surgery went better than expected. He will ahve to remain in hospital for a few days.

Jerome is short with Asher but reassures him they didn't get into a fight.

Lea has indigestion while talking with Jordan and Morgan.

Glassman encourages his patient to shut out other people's opinions and he has to decide for himself what is right.

The foster parents are nervous when they learn about Eden's medical needs as they were thinking of fostering to adopt. Morgan says Eden needs them. They decide they aren't qualified to take this baby.

Glassman asks Shaun how he is doing. Shaun is not ready to draw any conclusions. Glassman tells him to stop wasting time. Shaun says Glassman has always watched out for him and no one asked him to. So he is going to do the same.

Andrews sees Villanueva showing him her paintings. Andrews tries to tell him he can have the growths removed. But Eddie says if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Morgan tells Park that the foster parents backed out. The social worker has nobody else. Morgan asks to foster Eden/

In surgery the patient starts crashing. Massive bleed. Everyone starts arguing about what to do. Glassman decides to stop the patient's heart while they clip the aneurysm.

Eddie is crashing again -- must have thrown a clot.

Eddie has died. Everyone is upset. Andrews says there is nothing they could have done.

Glassman's patient is awake, alert, and his cognitive function is intact. Shaun observes as Glassman talks about how he used to throw knuckleballs. Th\his gives Shaun a realization and he walks away.

Jerome comes to see Asher. He is actually here to say he's meeting up with friends and staying at his own place. He says nothing is wrong, NBD. Asher doesn't know what he did wrong. Jerome says talking to him feels like combat and he called him a moron. He says Asjher is always taking a sledgehammer to his opinions.

Danny tells Jordan he's here for her if she wans to talk. She appreciates that he really sees her. Maybe they can be gifts to each other. He doesn't know how they can move forward. They hug.

Andrews runs after Villanueva.  He thinks she shared her landscapes with Eddie because he was open-hearted. Andrews has always believed success is about being constantly discontent with what you've achieved. He knows he didn't treat her with enough respect but he wants to change. Maybe one ay he will be worthy of her landscapes. She asks him to go out to dinner with her Saturday.

Asher interrupts Jerome's dinner with friends to say he is right and he goes too scorched earth in debates. He doesn't want to take Jerome for granted and he feels blessed to be in his life.

Park comes to check on Morgan and Eden. He also has a mobile for Eden. Sje tells Park she's done with IVF. Eden is what she has been waiting for.

Shaun tells Lim he thinks Glassman had a mini-stroke. Lim says Glassman shouldn't be doing surgery anymore.

Glassman tosses his baseball around and leaves his office.
