Following their secret rendezvous, Liz and Caleb find themselves on a case together, defending a soldier court-martialed for sabotaging the weapon of his superior officer.

The case is before Judge Leora Kuhn, and the panel finds the soldier, who is also Caleb's friend, not guilty on most charges and is sentenced to time served.

Liz and Caleb discuss how pursuing a relationship would be a bad idea, but they end up in bed together anyway.

Diane meets Roisin, also known as Harvey Weinstein's lawyer  in the alternate reality on The Good Fight Season 4 Episode 1.

Lucca plays poker with Bianca and her friends and wins $1.5 million.

She feels uncomfortable about keeping her winnings, since Bianca lent her the initial buy-in, but she eventually decides to keep the money.
