On The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 7 Episode 18, the girls continue their group therapy session with Dr. Jeff after NeNe Leakes leaves. Porsha has breakthroughs with Kenya and Claudia. Kandi scoffs at the other women a lot and Cynthia says nothing else for the remainder of the night. At the end they send a video message to NeNe thanking her for bringing them all together.

Cynthia continues her sessions with Dr. Jeff and he suggests that she and the women go on a trip together in order to continue working on their relationships. She turns to Portia for help in bringing their "teams" together. 

Kandi doesn't call Phaedra even after saying she would--twice--and says she prefers to wait until they see each other again. 

NeNe Leakes prepares to head to Broadway to star as the wicked stepmother in the stage adaptation of Cinderella. Gregg advises her not to focus on why the women won't accept her apologies but to move on knowing she's done all she could do.

Phaedra meets with Sarah Jakes, daughter of the Bishop T.D. Jakes, to discuss her marital issues. She then sees a divorce attorney, Ronnie Kaplan, for advice on how to proceed with a divorce from Apollo Nida.
