Daryl is forced to do battle with the variant walker, but after some back and forth, he manages to steal the flag and take it down.

Next, Quinn is thrown in, and two variant walkers are sent in. However, things take a turn when the walkers attack each other.

Quinn and Daryl manage to fight back very well, but it seems their luck is running out.

Fallou steps up to the plate and shoots at Genet, causing mass panic in the arena.

Genet is pissed about her scientist's experiments going wrong and asks her people to find out how the gun man got inside.

Daryl and Quinn are chained to each other and try to find a way to get to Isabelle and Laurent.

Genet has Isabelle and Laurent locked up, but Laurent tries to attack her, and Isabelle reveals she stole the key from her pocket.

They escape.

Daryl realizes that Quinn has been burned or bitten and he's starting to fall victim to the virus.

The only way out for Daryl is to take his hand off and he does so. Quinn tells him to get Isabelle and Laurent far away.

As Daryl searches for them, they're caught by a newly-turned Quinn, and Daryl gives Laurent an axe when he corners Isabelle.

Laurent struggles but he takes it and puts Quinn down.

They get outside and find Fallou, Emile and Sylvie. Fallou manages to hotwire them a a car and they escape.

Sylvie says goodbye to Emile who says that they will go to find people who are in need.

As the group makes their push towards the Nest, Codron shows up and stabs Isabelle.

However, something changes in Codron when he hears that Geet gave the order to kill everyone... including Laurent.

Codron kills Genet's men and sends them on their way to the Nest by telling Daryl they will fight another day.

At the Nest, everyone welcomes Laurent with open arms. Isabelle is starting to feel safe and Daryl plots his departure.

The head of the settlement tells Daryl that they could use him there, but if he has to go, he can get a boat that will take him as close to home as possible.

Daryl concedes he has to leave and does so before Laurent gets up the next morning.

Genet is pissed that Codron has returned to her without a scratch on him and realizes there's no way he would have left the scene without a scratch.

He reveals he wasn't going to kill the kid. Genet asks the location of the Nest, but he won't give it up and she has him hauled away to torture him.

Daryl leaves the Nest and embarks on the journey to his boat. He comes across a grave has American WWII soldiers.

The zombies start coming out of the graves and he has to think quickly. Just as he's on the beach and headed for the boat, Laurent appears behind him screaming his name.

The zombies make a beeline for the kid and Daryl smiles, leaving us to question his decision.

In a post-credit scene, someone is chasing Daryl's motorcycle from a car. The person who has stolen the motorcycle shoots at the car.

Carol gets out and overpowers the man and asks him about her friend and where he got the belongings. He said it's an old gas station. Carol said she'll leave him to die if he's lying.
