Recap

Colter runs through the woods and heads back to the airstream to shower, where he’s surprised to see Reenie waiting for him when he gets out.

Reenie tells him that a friend of her father, Gus, owns an outfitting company, and his adult children, Hank and Madison, along with a client, Walter, have gone missing after flying to a lake to go fishing.

Colter and Reenie head to Gus’s shop, and he shows them where they were headed on the map. He says they were flying into a storm, and the last time they checked in, they were off course.

Gus says he flew over the woods and saw a debris field, but it was too difficult to see or land. Colter says he’ll drop into the area.

Gus flies Colter out, and he drops into the woods.

Back at the shop, Reenie and Gus look at old pictures before a man shows up asking about Walter. He refuses to give them his name but assures them he’ll be back.

Colter finds the downed plane empty and a dead man nearby who’s been shot. He finds a tracking device on the man but no ID. After calling Reenie and  Gus and sending them a picture of the dead man, they realize it isn’t Walter.

Reenie sends Velma and Teddi a picture of Walter’s car and then breaks in to find the car registration. She discovers it’s registered to a woman who lives in Reno, and she also finds a receipt to a package supply store

In the woods, Colter comes upon an abandoned camp with smashed phones and a recently extinguished fire. He realizes someone who was just there is injured.

While on the phone with Colter to tell him about the receipt, Reenie hears gunshots coming from the shop. She races inside and finds Gus with a head wound, and he tells him he shot the strange guy from earlier before he ran off and stole one of the planes.

Reenie goes to the package supply store from the receipt she found and discovers Walter had been there getting passport photos.

In the woods, Colter hears a woman screaming and finds Madison with a broken arm at the bottom of an incline. He repels down the side and helps triage her before the two make their way up.

Madison tells him that Walter needed help to help him carry money.

Velma and Teddi look at the map of the area Colter is in, and they believe Walter planned to slip across the border. Bobby also gets them information about the dead guy found by the plane.

Madison tells Colter that Walter paid Hank to change the flight plan, as he actually wanted to land near the border. Then a man showed up, a tracker having been in the bags of money, and Walter shot him.

Walter told them that he stole money from dangerous people.

Reenie tells Colter that Walter robbed dealers in Reno, who were sending men out to find him and the money, including the strange guy that Gus shot, Vaults.

Colter and Madison get to the ranger station but find the ranger tied up and Vaults there. As they’re held at gunpoint, Madison gives Vaults the information he’s looking for to find Walter, and he starts shooting, hitting Colter in the shoulder.

Colter hits Vaults in the leg before he runs off and gets onto an ATV.

Colter bandages up his wound with a teabag and has the ranger leave him in the woods before taking Madison to help.

Reenie picks Colter up, and they call Velma and Teddi, who tell him that Walter was headed to the lake to get access to Pinewood cabins, where there’s a man who could help him disappear.

Reenie and Colter get to Pinewoods and split up. Reenie finds the office manager dead and stays hidden while Colter checks the various cabins. After finding Walter and the man he was meeting dead, Colter finds Hank hiding in the bathroom in one of the cabins.

With Vaults nearby, the two hide under the floorboards. But sensing them there, Vaults aims to shoot, but Colter shoots him first, killing him.

Sometime later, Reenie and Colter share a beer with Gus, who gifts them with a weekend fishing trip.
