Monica Rambeau returns after being one of the ones snapped out of existence by Thanos. She wakes up in a hospital. She learns that her mother, Maria, died three years ago of cancer.

At S.W.O.R.D. HQ, Monica has a meeting with Acting Director Tyler Hayward. Monica is a captain at S.W.O.R.D., where her mother used to be the Director.

Tyler grounds Monica, as was her mother's protocols, and sends her on an FBI missing persons case in Westview, New Jersey.

Monica meets with FBI agent Jimmy Woo outside the town's perimeter. He tells her the missing person is in the Witness Protection Program. He's tried calling known associates of the witness, but no one has ever heard of him.

Local law enforcement informs Monica and Jimmy that Westview does not exist. Jimmy cannot contact anyone inside the town.

Monica sends an imaging drone, the helicopter, into the town. But it disappears.

There's an energy field around Westview's borders. Monica crosses it and vanishes from sight.

Twenty-four hours later, Darcy Lewis travels to the response base that S.W.O.R.D. has set up outside Westview.

Agent Franklin travels through the sewers into Westview.

Darcy's equipment detects a lot of CMBR -- Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation. She gets a vintage TV and can pick up the broadcast frequency on it, which shows Wanda and Vision during the '50s sitcom episode.

They use the broadcast to identify all the citizens of Westview.

They see Monica as Geraldine on the screen and the S.W.O.R.D. drone helicopter.

Darcy sets up a transmitter that will allow them to speak to Wanda through her radio. Jimmy tries to get through to her, but the episode skips through it.

Franklin gets through the energy field, but his S.W.O.R.D. suit turns into a beekeeper uniform, and the tether tying him to the outside world is cut.

Darcy and Jimmy watch as Wanda gives birth. When Wanda gets mad at Monica, the episode skips to the end.

Going inside Westview, we see Wanda use her powers to eject Monica from the false reality and into the S.W.O.R.D. base.

For a moment, Wanda sees Vision as he was when Thanos killed him. But he returns to normal.

In the outside world, Monica tells Jimmy that it was all Wanda's doing.
