Michael walks around a neighborhood after leaving prison. He stares at a family playing. He arrives at Elizabeth's, and she offers him her guestroom.

Big Mo watches her girlfriend singing in a bar.

In her house, she is informed the drugs they are selling are killing people. The drugs had been cut with a poisonous substance. Big Mo pulls the rest from the streets but is left without a product to sell.

Gia attends a grief group but ends up offending the other participants.

Things between Fia, Jimmy, and Gia are still bad. Fia has left the Baxter house and refuses to talk to anyone. The Baxters learn Michael is out of prison.

Michael attempts to visit Charlie's office, but he is barred. He had been banned from the building, and security drives him out.

Olivia picks him up and demands that he doesn't reveal that the federal government is investigating Charlie. She finds him a job as a meat delivery guy.

Little Mo visits Eugene, who is living with Mo's auntie.

Charlie visits Michael, and they reunite for the first time. Charlie asks whether Michael has told anyone about his involvement in the Rocco accident.

Little Mo goes to another city to find a new drug connect and hits up a friend to make an intro. The connect wants to sell but in large amounts.

Big Mo expresses interest in buying a certain bar, but the owner doesn't want to sell to a drug dealer.

At school, Eugene's principal expresses concern over his drawings which depict violent acts.

Big Mo seeks Charlie's help in getting the owner to sell the bar. Charlie asks her to take care of the drug problem in the city, and he will help her.

Michael delivers meat to the Baxter Hotel, and he meets with Fia. They have a conversation, but Michael runs before she can introduce him to her child.

Pressure mounts on Michael when the detective responsible for his case visits him. He contemplates suicide for a split second before deciding against it.

Elizabeth learns that Michael has been sleeping in the closet. She demands he sleeps in the bed. She also advises him against visiting Adam's grave daily.

With Charlie's help, Big Mo's offer for the bar is accepted.

Gia's visit to Fia doesn't go well. In the grief group, Gina reveals that she is comfortable with being angry.

Michael is introduced to Rocco Adam Baxter -- Adam's son and his grandson.
