Mack takes Addy to scout ahead, while the others once again experience car trouble. They need a new vehicle bad, there's no way their current truck will get them to California. Mack talks of abandoning the group due to Roberta's state of mind. Luckily Addy talks some sense into him and he agrees they'll stick around for now. Doc and the other drive past signs of "No Z's", "gun show" and "liquor." All those things sound appealing so they take a fork in the road in that direction. Unfortunately, Mack and Addy take the other road and get separated from their friends. At the gun show, Sketchy McClane reappears. He's the guy that sold Addy the Z-whacker. Sketchy assures them there are no Z's for miles, they moved on to the big cities. They tell Sketchy they need a new truck and he suggests the upcoming shooting contest. Win a big enough gun and someone might be willing to trade a vehicle for it. This seemed like a good idea, besides 10K is a bad ass sharpshooter. He will have some competition though. Roberta spots the FU-Bar and heads inside to drown her sorrows. The others follow her and come across a guy named Forman who brags about his apocalypse-proof vehicle. When Forman heads outside to take a leak, Murphy follows him and zombies-out, biting the guy in the neck and taking his keys. The contest begins, as zombies are dragged behind an ice cream truck the marksmen start shooting. 10K does well but then again so does a girl named Brittany. The wounded Forman re-enters the bar and tells everyone Murphy bit him. Elsewhere, Citizen Z catches wind of a dust storm. In reality it's a horde of Z's rolling into western Kansas. Forman and his gang try to shoot Murphy but it backfires killing and creating four brand new zombies. Murphy refuses to admit to Doc he bit the guy. Murphy takes off and discovers a dead Forman. He was shot and killed but did not turn. That's new right? The Z-hybrid pulls his tooth from Forman's wound and jams it back in his mouth. The bartender Roberta had been chatting with was killed in the shootout. She takes out her frustration of losing Charlie on the creature but soon discovers her "reason-to-live" moment. Finally, she's back to kicking zombie ass and kills a ton of z's.10K wins the contest but gives his new crush Brittany the gigantic gun. During the chaos 10K is attacked by a zombie. Luckily Brittany is there to save his life with her new gun. Mack and Addy, stop in the middle of the road and witness a zombie horde moving in their direction. It's a zunami.
