When you watch Zoo Season 1 Episode 13 on line, you'll find that the Zoo Crew's plane has crashed, and time has moved forward. Jamie wakes up in a strange place to find that it is now winter, and that the animals have taken over the world. Mitch believes that Jamie is dead. Jackson, who has been let go by the government in favor of hiring scientists, is now creating his own "manifesto" tapes, just as his father, Robert once did. Abraham is working with a renegade biker gang that hunts animals. Chloe, still working with Amelia Sage, is continuing Jackson's work, attempting to find a leopard in order to make the cure. Reiden Global has made a deal with the government that would include them handing over the Mother Cell in exchange for being absolved for their role in the Beast Rebellion. While Reiden Global is introducing Project Noah, which will lead to killing almost all of the animals, Jackson comes up with a plan to save them all using mosquitos to pass the cure along. Jamie's rescuer gives her a phone, and reveals to her that he saved the leopard cub, and has raised it. Jamie calls Mitch, and they have a tearful reunion over the phone. The Zoo Crew reunites to gather Jamie, and the leopard, but have one last obstacle in their way.
