Mitch administers the cure to a domesticated dog, and the team waits to see if it works. Jackson must save himself and several others from a leopard who is attacking their recovery room. Mitch feels like he has failed. He goes through every aspect of his theory, and deduces that the cure must be given orally, not injected. Chloe and Delavane meet Amelia Sage, a government official who believes them, and is working to help them. She helps the Zoo Crew to safely leave the hospital. It seems like smooth sailing. Jamie and Mitch share a romantic moment on a flight back home, which is interrupted by interference from animals in the sky.
