Mark-Paul Gosselaar was born in Panorama City, California. He is most famous for his role as Zach Morris on NBC’s Saved By the Bell. Gosselaar was much like his character, Zach, seeing as he dated all three of his female co-stars while the show was on air. He even met his wife (now ex-wife) when she appeared as an extra on the show! He originally played Zach Morris on Good Morning, Miss Bliss on the Disney Channel; the show eventually syndicated into NBC’s Saved by the Bell.
Besides Saved By the Bell, Gosselaar has guest appeared on numerous television shows, such as, Highway to Heaven, Stingray, The Twilight Zone, The Wonder Years, Punky Brewster, Charles in Charge, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Over There, Commander in Chief, John from Cincinnati, a voice over for a character in an episode of Robot Chicken, and Weeds.
He has played significant roles on television’s Hyperion Baby, NYPD Blue, Raising the Bar, and is currently Peter Bash on TNT’s Franklin & Bash.
