Rubén Blades

Rubén Blades is an actor and composer who ran for President of Panama in 1994, and although he didn't win the election, he garnered 18% of the votes.

Blades has had roles in several movies, including The Milagro Beanfield War, The Lemon Sisters, Mo' Better Blues, The Josephine Baker Story, Color of Night, The Devil's Own, All the Pretty Horses, Safe House, and Red Pill.

TV fans will recognize Rubén from his roles in series, including The X-Files, Gideon's Crossing, and Resurrection Blvd.
