Scott Foley is an American actor who is been active in the business since 1995. He has appeared in a host of series over the years including Dawson’s Creek and Grey’s Anatomy. He’s best known for his breakout role as Noel Crane in The WB young adult series, Felicity. He’s also known for his starring role in Scandal as Jake Ballard, and for starring in The Unit.
He’s had short-lived series he starred in such as Whiskey Cavalier, The Goodwin Games, and The Big Leap.
