Stephen Root is a prolific TV and film actor. You would know him from his comedic roles in movies such as Office Space (“that’s my stapler”), Dodgeball, and Idiocracy, or his dramatic turn in No Country for Old Men.
His resume reads like a veritable history of TV from the ’90s on, with meaty roles on shows like News Radio and King of the Hill to a career-best for Barry. He’s also had spots on Justified, The West Wing, True Blood, and Man in the High Castle, among many, many others.
