Bates Motel Season 4 Tease: Down the Drain

You know what's been so terribly difficult about watching Bates Motel?

Knowing the trajectory Norman and Norma were taking and that there was nothing to be done to stop it.

The teaser for Bates Motel Season 4 features a haunting version of "Where Did Our Love Go," which should give us plenty to chew on as we wait for March 7.

But no...there is so much more!

Such as the visuals of Norma's face swirling down the drain and Norman's right behind her.

Norma's pearls, broken, swirling down after her.

And, worst of all, blood circling the drain with water soon after.

Their relationship is swirling the drain. They tried. We've seen them try. It's all been for nothing!

We all go a little mad sometimes.

Yes, we all do, but not quite to the degree the Bates family goes. 

Please can we not go that mad?

However, let it not stop us from enjoying this hellish ride the Bates family is about to take us on when the show returns on Monday, March 7 at 9/8c.
