Grey's Anatomy Promo: Amelia Fights for Her Life!

We may finally have an answer to Amelia's odd behavior.

On Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 3, the fierce and fearsome Shepherd may have to battle for her life, but first, she has to be willing to get help.

Amelia went off-script performing a surgery that even her colleague, Jackson, disagreed with. She also vanished in Owen's time of need causing the other ladies in his life comprised of his mother, sister, and best friend, Teddy to have an intervention with him.

When pressed about her absence during the complicated and near deadly Megan surgeries, Amelia blew up at Owen one final time and pushed him away for good, and possibly in the arms of Teddy.

Amelia has been erratic, selfish, and insufferable for a while now, and the fandom finally got an explanation as to why that is when a tumor showed up on an MRI of her brain.

The Shepherds have always had a tragic life, and it was poetic that Derek's death was a result of the organ he spent a lifetime working with. But will Amelia follow in his footsteps?

Andrew is aware, and Amelia wants him to keep his mouth shut, but it's doubtful that will happen with something so serious.

We can expect Amelia to lash out, Owen to reclaim his spot by her side as a support if she lets him, and a hell of a lot of angst and tears.
