April may have been blitzed out of her mind when she told Miranda that it was the end of an era (and foreshadowing her impending departure, no doubt), but she was definitely on to something.
By the end of Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 20, we not only found out what type of scandal Harper Avery was involved in, but we also saw that it had hit the news.

Now, on Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 21, the Averys, the Harper Avery Foundation, and the hospital have to face the news. Quite literally.
A crisis management team is called in to help Grey Sloan Memorial get through this timely scandal, and there is no guarantee that anyone will make it out of it unscathed.

Unlike Joan Jett, Catherine does give a damn about her bad reputation and Jackson does, too.
Catherine appears to be spiraling after spending most of her life and her entire career keeping this Foundation afloat.
Unfortunately, it may have been to her detriment as she's one of the people who helped cover up Harper Avery's many indiscretions.
Seeing as Harper Avery is dead, the public would want to see someone else's head on a platter. If someone has to go down, wouldn't you expect it to be Catherine?
Can she fall on her own sword for the sake of the hospital and her son?

As you recall, there were comments made earlier in the season about Jackson being a full-blown billionaire, but something tells me he won't be anymore by the time all of this is over.
The scandal has rocked the medical field's world as the Harper Avery was one of the most prestigious awards.
What does it mean for all of the recipients now that their accomplishments are overshadowed by the late Harper Avery's despicable actions?

We can expect the return of Nurse Olivia, but it's too bad it isn't Olivia Pope instead. The hospital could certainly use her!
