I agree with those that believe this guy is not intelligent (book smart). He definitely lacks understanding of how the rest of the world lives outside Hollywood. However, you have to agree he is "Hollywood Smart". He knows how to get face time. Sleep with whoever is having their 15 minutes, jump in on that action, use Daddy's intelligence ($) to start his companies, and if they don't work out, keep talking smack about those more famous than oneself so that the publicity doesn't stop.
As for Heidi, do we really care what happens to her? It is going to be the same story, as soon as her 15 minutes is up, publicity gone, Spencer will drop her so fast. I feel sorry for her, but then again she has to experience it for herself in order to understand.

He really should be on a soap opera. That's the only other place I've seen anyone as manipulative as he is. Aside from the looks, I have a comment. I was watching The Hills a second ago and I've never watched it before. I was compelled to write something, somewhere, regarding this guy I saw on the show.
This guy is not necessarily slimy, nor does he seem like a bad person. But damn, when I saw the two phones and the car, and I read this bio... he just reminds me of how nepotistic and "helping hand" hollywood is. As I watched the show, I realized this kid isn't very intelligent... and he's not very good looking (this from a straight male).
He looks and acts like a kid who hasn't grown up. I think this is ultimately due to not living in reality -- and I think its sad. Sometimes I wish kids like him could rely on themselves and not on their who their dad is -- I don't think this guy can do it. Paris did it because she's interesting and good looking, and she's a HILTON. But this guy... I don't know who his father is, he looks and acts like a child. Its sad.
