i must say that im a stud cuz in last weeks forum i predicted that mcbarwhore to be lexie grey and damn im good. and i also predicted the failing of george (so he couldnt go to mercy west) and jeeeeze too many cliff hangers.and john is totally right we needed some terrible things to happen so we can have amazing prom sex like last year. make ups are the best. and everyone knows that mer/der are the "ross and rachael" relationship of the show so obviously they will end up together. but i basically sat in my room in total silence and disbelief for ten min after it ended. i cannnt wait 4 months what was shonda thinking ahhhhhh!

JP - Lexie is Meredith's OTHER half sister (Thatcher and Susan have two daughters - we've seen the one who had the baby). She's been in medical school, but they've referenced her several times over the last 3 seasons. Now she's one of the new interns, and the five interns we know are all residents now. Well, except George.

That was a dumb ending to a great season. And what it up with Christina taking off her Marriange Gown like it was holding her back? As a happily Married woman, I don't like them equating marraige with confinement. I agree with everyone who said that the show was depressing. I am so dissapointed in my favorite show. Please producers, don't ruin my Thursday night addiction!!!!!

OMG --SAD -- burke/christina and mer/der, bailey not becoming chief, george/callie/izzie, alex! awwwww. but it was GREAT. where would the show go if everyone lived happily ever after - at season 3? i am ready for some new and fresh storylines! I love it!

I am speachless with everything that happened! Especially, MEREDITH! Derek poured his heart out to her and he was right about evrything he said...AND SHE SAID NOTHING!!!!!What the crap was she thinking??! Is she totally crazy???? I am so sad about everything that happened! I'm telling you, as much as I love the show...if these two break up, I'm finished with GA...and I can't even believe I'm saying that!

Wow, this is just amazing. You guys have got to get a grip. This is EXACTLY what this show needed. Things had to get shaken up, and I thought it was a picture perfect season finale. I was honestly surprised by so many things, which, as a fan of the show, I appreciate. I didn't want it to be predictable, I wanted it to be GOOD, and it WAS. What we need now is to know who is actually leaving the show, and who (in the storylines) seems to be leaving so we can separate the freak outs that are valid, and the ones that are just in the storyline. Either way, relax, its going to be good for the show in the long run. I am more hooked now that I ever have been THANK YOU GREYS, WELL DONE!

I agree with Adam it is self-destruction. Pathetically soapy!! Not a very smart move from Shonda.
Might as well go back watching "The bold and the beautiful" at least you know it is crap or for the fun watch "Runaway Bride".
I won't buy S3 until it is on budget price that's a fact.
Sad sad sad for once we had a good show it had to be ruined by the producers. I can't imagine the actors are happy with the fact that they are embarked in this for another season.

George is not leaving, Ausellio reassured that so don't worry! Lexi Grey will probably be what holds George to the show since he wont be able to be with the rest of the interns. I reallly can't wait for next season. The Alex scenes were really good too

I can't belive the season finale!!!! What the hek was that!? Is T.R Knight leaving the show??? Is Washington leaving too?
Why they had to end it so horribly? I was not expecting a pink finale, but come on! this was too sad... I was sick to my stomach... And why did Burke leave Cristina??? She was so nice and she even had her damn eyebrows shaved!!!! Boo for Burke!

Personally I grew tired of the Mer/Der relationsip, on again, off again, whining, complaining, meaningful soul-searching looks. Gag! I'd like almost all new characters next season -- and more interesting medical cases, not so many self-absorbed characters.

Could possible be the WORST season finale ever. I am sooo sad. I guess they had no other choice with Burke not signing a new contract. But gosh, did he have to make it seem like it was Christina's fault?!

Can you Believe this???? What the hell is going on? I cant believe it I just cried. Why does George have to leave? And with all the new interns coming in it wont be the same!!!! Derek and Mer better stay together! For the sake of the show!!!

hmmm not sure what to really think. agree with john, though. episode was good. and in all honesty i wasn't suprised that burke and cristina didn't get married. loved the mer/der scene in the locker room. he finally told her how he felt! that he loves her but he can't be in the relationship if she isn't really in it. i guess it'll make me watch season 4. ughhh damn lexi grey! maybe then derek won't be with her,though. he is a decent guy and i don't think he would date meredith's half sister. i'm wondering if isaah washington is off the show? maybe sara ramirez is, too? and then kate walsh has her own show so she's gone. i wonder if she'll be in a few grey's eps next season. who knows. i'd love a goodbye b/t her and mark, or at least her and derek. oyyyyy. gonna watch the ep again tomorrow, i think :).

I thought it was a really good finale. Burke and Christina were never going to get married. We all knew that. So many cliffhangers. What will happen to George, at least he won't leave. I'm kind of happy Burke left, even though what he did to T.R. Knight wasn't necessarily part of the decision of him leaving the show. He did some very irresponsible actions, and one way or another there needs to be some consequence. I hope he can pick himself up and get up in business all fresh and new. I really loved the George and Bailey scene. It was a really good season finale, and I cannot wait for Season 4. Don't be negative guys, it was all good.It's a TV SHOW. You can't expect everyone to end up being happy. This is how amazing plotlines get created.
