Season Four of of Grey's Anatomy is underway, so let's take a look at who won the Insider's first Caption Contest of this young season.

This funny photo from "A Change is Gonna Come" yielded a lot of good entries. Honorable mentions go to L.C., LanieCroft and FunWithPuns (although that was a little too easy), among many others. It was a great week for captions. This week's winner, however, is kdborg. Terrific Sound of Music takeoff!

Congratulations to all who participated, you make this a very fun feature week in and week out. The winning reply appears beneath the photo, and you may scroll down to read the complete list of submissions.

Thanks to all, as always, for playing and for making Grey's Anatomy Insider the #1 Grey's Anatomy site online. We appreciate your support and hope you enjoy!

Here is this week's Caption Contest image:

Oh, Deer!

Izzie singing:
Doe, a deer, a female deer.
*zap* The deer has come alive.
Me, I really am that good.
Fa, you look so damned surprised.
So, you think I'm such a dud.
La, your egos are in mud.
Te, I'm laughing all inside.
That will bring us back to Doe

Izzie: Honorable? Who wants to be honorable. Meredith and Cristina broke all the rules last year by dating attendings. You losers stay away from attendings--they tell you that you are the love of their lives or they leave you at the altar. Follow my lead instead and sleep with your married best friend!

Izzie: Okay interns, welcome to Forest Animal CPR! Now, this is how you...
Intern 1:(To Intern 2) What the HELL is she going on about NOW?!
Intern 2: Just smile and nod when appropriate. Don't ask questions. She's our boss.
Intern 4:(To Intern 3) How'd SHE ever manage to pass her intern year?
Intern 3: I know, right? When EVER are we going to have to save some cute fuzzy little animal anyway?!

Izzie: ALRIGHT! We're gunna shock Bambi because I CANNOT be the one to tell thumper!

Izzie: Me, Rockstar. You, groupies.
Intern: If we had another resident, we'd at least be backup singers.

Izzie: Ok. In my hand, I hold 2 charged de-fib paddles. Now, can anybody tell me how to use them on a deer. Interns: *staring blankly at her* Izzie: Yeah. That's what I thought. I got stuck with the duds.

"Got Finn?"

Izzie: "Alright...everyone listen. As soon as I cut the deer's LVAD wire, I'm going to use the paddles and I need one of you to manually pump the heart once I get a rhythm."

Izzie: "When I said to go find me Bambi, I meant your fellow intern, GEORGE-- not this real life Bambi, you idiots!"

Izzie breaks into song: From my heart and from my hand, Why don't people understand my intentions . . . . Oooh, weird . . . .Weird science!!

People who play the interns: The 4th season is really bringing a change to this show. I mean just look at this scene.
Katherine: Tell me about it! I mean first Izzie does Bambi and the next second she brings deer to life. I mean what's up with THAT?

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

When we say things like "people don't change" it drives scientist crazy because change is literally the only constant in all of science. Energy. Matter. It's always changing, morphing, merging, growing, dying. It's the way people try not to change that's unnatural. The way we cling to what things were instead of letting things be what they are. The way we cling to old memories instead of forming new ones. The way we insist on believing despite every scientific indication that anything in this lifetime is permanent. Change is constant. How we experience change that's up to us. It can feel like death or it can feel like a second chance at life. If we open our fingers, loosen our grips, go with it, it can feel like pure adrenaline. Like at any moment we can have another chance at life. Like at any moment, we can be born all over again.

Callie: Did anyone ever think you two were a couple?
Meredith: No, because we screw boys like whores on tequila.
Cristina: Then we either try to marry them or drown ourselves.
Callie: Huh.
