The 38-year-old Grey's Anatomy star, who was accompanied by her husband of a few months, Chris Ivery (unfortunately not pictured), looked great as always.

We're huge fans of all the Grey's Anatomy cast members but Ellen Pompeo might be our favorite if we had to choose one. Click here for more pics!
