American Idol Auditions: Underway!
Auditions for the eighth season of American Idol are underway. They kick off July 17 in San Francisco and will head to seven additional cities.

- Salt Lake City, UT: July 29
- San Juan, Puerto Rico: Aug. 2
- Kansas City, MO: Aug. 8
- Jacksonville, FL: Aug. 13
- East Rutherford, NJ: Aug. 19

PLEASE come to Salt Lake City again next year! Some of my friends REALLY want to try out and i promise you they are good singers! I REALLY want to meet Ryan and i'll have no chance to if you go somewhere else! please come! i need to meet Ryan and my friends need to be heard! make two wishes come true!!! thanks!!!
