While many TV shows are taking Thanksgiving week off, House is going in the opposite direction:

Tomorrow night's episode, titled "Last Resort," will actually run for an extra seven minutes. Set your DVR accordingly!

The hour will also feature guest star Zeljko Ivanek, who won an Emmy for his role on the first season of Damages, and has also appeared on True Blood.
