Brendan Fehr will be reprising his role as Booth's brother. The actor himself confirmed as much in a new interview with TV Addict:

Q: Will you be making a return appearance on Bones?

A: I’ve actually already shot a second episode and I’ve been informed that they have tentative plans to have me come back.

Q: Can you spill anything on the story line?

A: I don’t know what the story line will be for the character. But I do know they want to flesh out my character. And given the opportunity, I’d love to come back.
