Kate Walsh and Alex Young to Divorce
In a sad piece of news, Alex Young has petitioned for divorce with Private Practice star Kate Walsh, according to court papers filed on November 22.
"The couple remain on friendly terms and sincerely hope the media will respect their privacy during this difficult time," their reps said in a statement.
Young cited irreconcilable differences for the split.

This news definitely comes as a surprise.
Kate Walsh, who went on to star in on Private Practice after becoming an integral part of the Grey's Anatomy cast, married Young – a production co-president at 20th Century Fox – on September 1, 2007, in Ojai, Calif.
The two married after just a few months of dating.

Soo sad :( Kate looked so happy and inlove with him..and now..:( But I think, no, I'm sure that she'll get through this, because there are so many people {like us :) } who are standing next to her and support her during this hard moment :)

im so surprised when i got this news about kate and alex splitting.....
i feel so sad for kate..they seemed to be loved each other..
i hope that they're trying to solve the problem and maybe to consider and accept each differences....
they are so great together....kate seemed so happy....hope the best they can get..

maybe they didn't have anything that they could work out, they were together less than two years-they've probably realised that they have too much differences :(
just guessing...but it's not really important...
I just hope that they are happy now when they've solved a big problem like this (if they have actually solved it)

This is ridiculous! They have barely been married a year! I mean, sad but seriously - what has happened to trying to work things out these days? Wow.

oh i feel so sad for kate walsh but I think she is a strong woman exactly like her character "Addison" who has been an inspiration to a lot of people/women.. you'll get through this Kate =)
