Grey's Anatomy-Private Practice Spoilers: First Crossover Promo

Grey's Anatomy is off next week, while Private Practice is airing a brand-new episode entitled "Second Chances." This will set the stage for the crossover episodes beginning February 5.

On that night, Grey's Anatomy returns with a new episode, "Beat Your Heart Out." Below is a preview of that episode, in which Addison calls Derek for help treating her ailing brother.
