The February 2 episode of House is shaping up to be a significant one for the show's new couple.

When the series returns, though, Michael Ausiello reports Foreman will discover that his new girlfriend was given a placebo in the Huntington's clinical trial; he subsequently switches her to the real drug behind her back.

Early next month, the truth leaks out - and all hell breaks loose.
