Gossip Girl Spoilers: The Return of Carter Baizen
Michael Ausiello of EW has some interesting Gossip Girl spoilers for us this morning - though Chair fans may not like this first item. Let's get right to it...
Q: Please, I need some Gossip Girl scoop on Blair and Chuck!
A: Okay, but I have to warn you, it's going to make you very angry. Leighton Meester's real-life beau, Sebastian Stan, will be reprising his role as the shifty Carter Baizen.
He'll be appearing in the next two original episodes and, per my source, his mission is twofold: to mess with Chuck and hook up with Blair. Don't shoot the messenger!
What does Carter Baizen (seen here with Serena during his last stint on Gossip Girl) have up his sleeve this time around? And will Miss Blair Waldorf be receptive to him?
Q: I am leaving for France tomorrow for nine days. Could you please give me some Gossip Girl to hold me over?
A: You know Serena's new grifter beau, Gabriel (Armie Hammer)? She's met him before - only she can't remember where or when.
Q: Were you suggesting that Kristen Bell was in the running to play a young Lily in the Gossip Girl spin-off?
A: No, I was not. I'm actually going to keep quiet about which actress I was referring to until there's something solid to report. Don't want to jinx things. Having said that, I'd like to take this opportunity to nominate American Dreams ingénue Brittany Snow for the role.
Not only does she have "young Kelly Rutherford" plastered across her forehead, but as she proved on her much-missed NBC drama, she has a timeless quality.
If she can pull off the '60s, the '80s oughta be breeze for Snow. Plus, anything that keeps her away from Prom Night 2 has to be a good thing, right?

I d0nt mind blair getin 2gether w/ nate o carter. It'l b a refreshng change. D0nt get me wr0ng, im a HUGE chair fan-they r d reas0n i watch GG. I jz feel dat w/ chuck treating blair lyk dirt, this wil let blair gain advantage over him (blair bein d0wn makes her lyk vanesa-yuck). Chuck nids 2 wake up n realize wat he's d0ne 2 blair. I want him 2 pr0ve himself worthy of blair. That said, this will b a wake up call 4 him. Nway i cant w8 4 d new eps.

Chuck is having trouble dealing with the mystery of the person his father was and how he spent his spare time. Meanwhile, Nate catches Vanessa flirting with another guy, and in a moment of desperation, reluctantly turns to Blair for help which turns out not as he expected. Dan purposely ignores Serena's calls and tells Miss Carr that things are beyond a little complicated between the two of them right now. Miss Carr chooses not to take her job back and spends most of her time in an empty apartment with her new fling, who doesn't seem to be quite grieving from his recent break-up from Serena. At the same time, Lily and Rufus question where their relationship is going and talk very casually about merging their households, Chuck however, is strongly against the idea, and does everything in his power to stop it.

Okay, so here is a theory. Since Carter is going to hookup with Blair, and Carter is obviously going to brag about it to Chuck. So maybe this is where the missing "Blair wouldn't touch you" scene comes from.

Finally! At least there is some drama going on with Chuck and Blair. Even if someone is trying to be mess with them. This is going to be interesting. Plus I love Sebastian. Leighton and him make a cute couple, but Ed and Leighton still have the chemistry.
