I found the Anne Freank insulting. Comparing a secret love affair to a girl hiding for her life? No wonder I hate Lexiee.
I don't believe Aussiello about George dying but if this happens, I will be one annoyed fan.

i dont think owen proposed to her, it was just a "awww" moment. and the writers don't want to turn christina into a sap, so thats why shes not responding.

As for Owen and Cristina, does it bother anyone else that we don't hear how Cristina feels. He asks her to 'see' him and says he want to be around 40 years from now with nary a response from her. She tells Mer that Owen never told her about the ex-fiance, but are we to assume she told him about Burke and the ectopic pregnancy? Until I hear more from her I'll worry about Owen getting hurt. Like he needs that now.

I didn't take it as offensive but as really weird analogy. I wouldn't take Mer and Der to be Nazis.
And I just saw ER's Love Labor Lost, the similarities are just too great. It's the same story without the fist fight and scapel standoff.

Wow! I can't believe there are people who are actully taking offense to the Anne Frank Comment. I thought the realtion was cute. I am pretty sure it was not meant to be offensive.

I agree with the terrible choice to use the analogy about Anne Frank. How could the writers, editors, actors, producers, ANYONE think that kind of comment was in any way appropriate??? We'd never hear a joke about lynching, slanty eyes, or chicanas! Let alone a major human genocide...

First thing, somebody commented on the bar scene with Derek/Mark/Lexie. Apparently that was cut out. They just went straight to the bedroom scene.
And Emma, I didn't made the connections right away but after the episode it did resembled A LOT to ER's Love Labor Lost. In fact, I'll watch the episode tonight to see how much is alike. Still, very much a like. Wonder if we'll end up seeing Rob and his son again, as a reminder to Derek but IDK. Now that I see it, Mark Greene may as well be Derek in this sense.
mariabou, there wasn't a promo b/c it's three weeks left. Maybe after this week's repeat they'll air the promo.

think here---Owen's comment might have been "romantic" but remember Owen comes w/ lots of baggage ----Der/Mer if anything happens w/ them I am done watching..Izzie and Denny- could have done in 2 shows instead of what took forever...writer's get a grip on yourselves!!! Der hit Marc out of frustration that he "murdered" the women...

Addison does have her own show. She was just visting SG...Hence the crossover event.
I personally loved Bailey's hair.
Love Christina and Owen and I agree with everyone. What he said at the bar to Christina was AWESOME!!!
I wonder if doctors really feel like how Dereck is feeling now? I wonder if the job really gets to them on such a personal level??
Anyway, i am glad that Mark and Lexie's relationship is out of the bag and I do not feel that the relation to Anne Frank was insulting at all. I think it is all good...writing.

I didn't mind Bailey's hair - I was just annoyed that no one on the show mentioned it. Wouldn't someone say, "nice hair" - especially when it's kinda un-Bailey?
I liked this episode a lot. But Derek upset is pretty upsetting.

Hopefully no break up. The title is I Will Follow You...so I think Mer will indeed be there 100% for her guy. Maybe she will wind up doing the actual proposing eventually. That would be "not expected" but not in a bad way.

Am I the only one who was reminded of ER - Season 1 - Love's Labours Lost by the Derek-Jen storyline? Remember, the one where Dr Greene misdiagnoses a pregnant woman and she ends up dying, while her baby lives? Especially now I saw the spoilers for the next episode with depositions etc. Hmmm.

If they freaking kill off George after killing all his friendships, after him being the only one not to have love and after him being humiliated all season long, I will be so furious.
Why is Shonda doing this to George and George fans?
I really hate her right now.
If she thinks the George fans won't have her head for this, she is even more delusional than I thought.
