Sure we know that Tom Welling is returning to the ninth season of Smallville that was recently announced by the CW.  We want to know who else is in and out for season nine!

Luckily, Ausiello has the scoop and according to his Smallville mole, the rest of the cast is in... except Sam Witwer, who plays Davis Bloome / Doomsday.  Sounds like someone's season long episode arc is going to be just that.
