You knew it was going to be a good 30 Rock with Dennis Duffy, Liz's loser ex, back in town, but his visit exceeded hilarious expectations when he revealed he had been diagnosed as a sex addict by WebMD and came to atone for his sins with Liz. And Jenna. Dude hit that too!

Elsewhere, Jack Donaghy reflected upon a bygone era as he neared his 50th birthday, and Tracy Jordan might have cemented his title of the most insane character in the history of TV.
