Yeah TR is the one stupid Shonda hates.
She seems to be slowly getting over it or the George fans have scared her.
Now if he could only get a story!
Mark and Lexie made me sick. Why is she getting all the good cases and PDA at work with your boss is so disgusting.
Why did Mer get such ribbing about it but Lexie clearly beds her boss to get cases and is treated like some kind of innocent victim.
That is why so many fans hate her.

WOAH. ok i REFUSE to believe that anyone over there doesn't like Katherine Heigl bcause she has gotten some AWESOME material. (and you must admit, she had delivered)
what a great episode.
Patrick Dempsey was great as well, you just wanted to give him a big hug!

OMFG... I totally bawled my eyes out from the moment Cristina yelled at Izzie and Izzie was all like... what's the point?
As for the Chief who I have officially dubbed ass face... Seriously! I still can't believe that he told Mer about the ring. Derek was so ruined from Mer finding out. Derek was so scared in tonights episode that he doesn't know if he can get her back. That he doesn't know what to say to her. He is super pissed that in the heat of the moment... he batted the ring in the wood. THE WOODS! GAH! Poor Der. He's upset, drunk and self loathing. The only one who can bring him out of this is Mer. I bawled at him yelling at the Chief in the trailer. I swear he was crying. Derek is no longer so upset about his patient, and he's more upset about pushing Mer away.
Gosh! Then MerDer at the end. WOW! That scene had so much raw emotion. Actions speak louder than words. I love how Derek says... I LOVE YOU! I also love how Mer says I know. I didn't feel the need for an I love you

I read that. I am so glad he is ok. Hope he doesn't have any problems with the cops or Shonda could use it to get him thrown out. There are so many rumors she hates TR.
Oh Alex is the worst boyfriend ever! How does he not know she is sick?
George does. Aww when he ran to her, my heart melted. I love him so much.

I don't particularly care for George's character, but over the past few episodes, what small bits of him they've been showing have really softened my heart towards him. When he runs to Izzie at the end, I cried, it was adorable.
I used to ship Alex/Izzie, but I'm so over that crap. What kind of crappy boyfriend doesn't even notice that there's something wrong with their own girlfriend? Alex was doing so well with the whole... being a real gentleman thing, but now he's so consumed with his work, and George is the only one who noticed that Izzie isn't okay.
I totally loved the Izzie/Cristina moment, it was adorable. I love to see Cristina's sweet side, especially when she told Izzie that she had to fight.
I also appreciated the Callie/Derek moment, that was freaking adorable.
This is the classic Grey's Anatomy that I fell in love with. Season four was complete trash, but season five is reminding me why I loved the show in the first place. Season five is amazing thus far.

My poor George. He is so devastated. I missed my Gizzie so much. I hope they get some scenes together. He is the one that made me bawl.
I just read TR was in a car accident but he is not injured thank God.
I love my TR.

I haven't seen the episode yet but just because someone doesn't say "I love you" doesn't mean that they don't. Meredith spoke in actions, not words. Plus, it must've been horrifying to hear that your friend is dying, all at the same time.
But I get it. I also wish she would just say it.

I feel your pain. I do. I often feel that heart-wrenching cheated feeling about George. Or George and Izzie. And I love MerDer but I don't feel it for that scene. See, it'll come in future scenes. I think Mer had to do what she did for him. He needs the kick in the *ss. Someone in that position is looking for "it's OK, don't go back. keep hiding, it's oK". But it's really not OK. It would forever change him. And Mer? I think she does love him unconditionally, but knows he needs a kick. And now she's advocating for her friend who is dying. And there's no time to reassure, kiss and make up. But have not fear. It's coming. Everyone says it is-- PD, Ausiello.... it's coming. Hang in there!

Oh yeah, this was a great episode other than me being alittle disappointed in the last scene with Me/Der. I sure hope next week lives up to its expectations with the proposal.

I didn't exactly cry, but I think it's just cause I'm similar to Cristina. But seriously, when George was running, it basically sent chills up and down my spine.
Just a thought but in this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=odJZMpWWUGw&feature=related) it shows Derek all scruffy and then all clean cut, possibly for the proposal? :D

Let me just say that I am a HUGE Mer/Der fan. But the last scene was so disappointing to me. I'm glad that Derek called Meredith and she said she was glad that he called and I know he was wrong in everything he said to her last week, but she didn't act like I thought she would. I mean he was so emotional and he finally said I LOVE YOU and she said I know.???? Why won't Shonda and or the writers let this girl say I Love You?? I don't understand that. I mean I know she was still probably hurt from the things he said but you could tell he was sorry and I thought she would at least give him a hug or something! And I know she was upset about Izzie and I figured she would get Derek to operate on her but, I was just surprised that there was very little emotion from Mer as far as Derek was concerned. That to me could have been such an amazing scene with these two. And then she just walks off and leaves. ??? I was really disappointed. I love Mer/Der and after his darkness the last few

arizona was not in this episode and very little of Callie except when she goes to try to convince Derek to come back but her and Owen end up staying there drinking beers with Derek.

for those who havent seen it yet and are asking for spoilers, it should be mentioned that at the end Meredith shows up to Derek's trailer and he says "thanks for coming" and she says "thanks for calling" and he asks "would you still love me if i wasnt a surgeon?" and she says "no" and then there is silence and she says add "Becuase Izzie has skin cancer" she brought over Izzie's films to Derek and says "its pretty bad, and you are one of 20 surgeons in the world who can operate" and then she leaves.

i dont remember seeing george in the promo. it was mostly about meredith telling Derek "you can do this" right before some surgery and we see Izzie getting anastesia.
