Grey's Anatomy Sneak Preview: "Stand By Me"
The dust has barely settled from last night's emotional roller coaster, but a sneak preview of next week's Grey's Anatomy episode, "Stand By Me," is already making the rounds.
Below, a reluctant Cristina and an ailing Izzie debate the next course of action for the latter's treatment, and Izzie seems to fully grasp what she's up against for the first time.

It has never been announced that Katherine Heigl is leaving the show. There was plenty of rumors, but no official announcement.
Actually, officially Shonda Rhimes (creator of the show) announced that Katherine Heigl will NOT be leaving-- check it out:

We all know already that Izzie is going to die, since it has been confirmed that Katherine Heigl is leaving the cast of Grey's Anatomy. That's Katherine's way out of the plot. Her leaving had been announced even before the cancer drama unfolded with her character. Its quite annoying going through the Izzie's drama knowing before hand that she's going to die. Bad mixing of real news and the show's plot/magic.

I really don´t want Izzie to die...
Maybe Shonda is confused, then... if she wanted to kill george, then he should be the one with the cancer...
And people, don´t overreact, I don´t want George to die either...
nobody should die (from the cast)
