In the upcoming episode of Smallville, "Turbulence," Jimmy tries to get Davis admit to killing someone to Chloe.  Jimmy decides to let a metal pipe do his talking.

However, as you'll see in the following clip, Jimmy learns that no mere handcuffs can contain his inner Doomsday.  Luckily, the touch of a good woman can.
