Looks like Bones will soon have a lot in common with Grey's Anatomy.

No, the former show won't invoke the ridiculous use of a ghost for the sake of ratings/attention. Instead, one of the main characters on this Fox hit will be diagnosed with a brain tumor.

We've already reported the spoiler that Booth will be faced with a serious health scare later this season. Now, based on the response of Michael Ausiello to a question from an Entertainment Weekly reader, we can pretty much confirm what that scare will entail.

The columnist was asked the following: "Does Booth have a brain tumor? David Boreanaz isn't leaving, is he?

Ausiello simply replied: "The answer to one of those two questions is yes."

Considering the steady status of Boreanaz on the show, it's safe to assume to which inquiry Ausiello is answering in the affirmative.
