Pair of Grey's Anatomy Guest Stars Signed For Season Finale
There's always room for more talent on the Grey's Anatomy roster.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Shonda Rhimes has signed Everwood's Debra Mooney and Gilmore Girls' Liza Weil to guest star in the show's two-hour Season Five finale May 14.
Debra Mooney will play mom to Kevin McKidd's emotionally tormented Maj. Dr. Owen Hunt, while Liza Weil will appear as a cancer patient who crosses paths with Dr. Izzie Stevens.
Interestingly, Weil has ties to Shonda Rhimes' other hot show, Private Practice; which happens to star her real-life husband Paul Adelstein (Cooper). So she should fit right in!
