True Blood Spoilers: Evan Rachel Wood Declared Queen

We had previously reported that True Blood was looking for a "name" actress to play Sophie-Anne, the vampire Queen of Louisiana. It looks like the producers found their lady and it's Evan Rachel Wood.

Wood, who is best known for her role in Across the Universe (and dating Marilyn Manson), will portray the 500-year-old vampire from France according to Ausiello Files.

Sophie-Anne has been described as charming, wily, ruthless and wise. Wood has been booked for two episodes that air towards the end of the second season. If the show is renewed for a third season, expect plenty more of her.
