True, the press helps a lot in either sense but I don't believe that KH isn't aware of the aftermath of such remarks. There wasn't enough MerDer, where was George?, Cris/Owen didn't have a storyline in X episode. Keeping everyone happy is virtually impossible. I won't watch if TR leaves. I feel Shonda ripped us George fans all season. I wanted to see him and Izzie clsoe again. I wanted him to find love again. I wanted to see the ramifications of all he went through. If he felt alone and isolated like they hinted at the end, I wanted to see that. TR would have rocked a depressed George story. I wanted George to become the great doctor I always knew he was without it happening over 5 minutes in 2 episodes.
There is so much more they can do with George. It feels like everyone else got to have something, except him. I don't get that. TR is so talented, and George is so loved.
And yes I am a Gizzie fan, both friendship and romantic-wise. Hey, wicked, I totally agree with you. I never thought ill of KH when I heard about these statements she's made in the past. We all know what the media is able to do. It can create a god out of someone and the next moment just tear that apart. And what makes me most certain that KH is not the b*tch everyone seems to think she is, is that she KNOWS THAT. She knows how this business works. At an Oprah interview, before everything happened, Oprah asked her how did it feel to be this famous actress everyone loves. And KH says it's great but that she knows how easily these things can change. I honestly can't believe that someone that is aware of that could actually make statements that would jeopardize their career. I will refuse to believe any of these spoilers, at least until June 15th -if I'm right, then that's the date where Shonda has to decide what to do with the actors and the contracts etc. And she definitely won't give away anything until then. After that, she might stay quiet, but I'm sure we'll learn the truth during the summer.
So, until June 15th, there cannot be any reliable source in my opinion.
I really wish that both characters and actors would stay, but I also think that George is gone..."Off I go"...aaah.
I am pretty sure that Izzie will survive. The whole "screw the DNR", coming from the Chief...they will save her.

I am reading some of these comments on KH having a right to her opinion, but that it was bad timing. It truly makes me laugh. So, yes she has an opinion, and people may not care for what she say's, but truly, what physical and emotional and major damage has she caused by speaking her mind?
This girl got thrown under the bus for stating that she was not going to put her name for Emmy consideration. If Tom Hanks were to say he was not going to put his name in for consideration of an Oscar because the material didn't give his character a "moment" {and he did for Apollo 13} no one said, "that Tom Hanks is one ungratful bastard!" Actor's have done that before, and the male actors are seen as stepping aside to give another actor a chance, becasue there character was not "Oscar worthy". But Katherine Heigel said "she didn't have the materials to give an Emmy worthy performance and does not want to take that away to actresses who did" and she is an ungrateful bitch. I FUCKING HATE THE DOUB

Honestly, I think it'll be a little silly if Izzie survives. Not that I don't want her too. But, I mean, if she survives it'll be another of those medical miracles, right? And we already had one of those with Meredith.
