Callum Blue: Cast on Smallville

Callum Blue is a little-known British actor. But the first half of that description will soon change.

The CW has confirmed that the actor - who appeared in Showtime's Secret Diary of a Call Girl - has been cast as Phantom Zone evil doer Zod on season nine of Smallville. He'll be a regular next year.

As reported earlier, Blue joins Brian Austin Green on the series. The latter was cast as Metallo last week.
