Will Gossip Girl's Serena van der Woodsen be successful in her quest to locate her long-lost dad, which we knew nothing about until it was revealed in the season finale?

So far, the only things we know about Serena's father, Keith, stem from the Gossip Girl spinoff scenes, when he was revealed to be a hot, blond d!ck sometime in the 1980s.

As for her quest to track him down in the present, does this mean she will no longer be attending Brown University in the fall? Something had to bring her back to NYC.
