According to Great Britain's The Sun, Boyle will guest star on an upcoming episode of the ABC hit. Said an insider:

“Susan has been bombarded with offers of work in America, but this is something she is really keen on and we hope to make happen. She will definitely play herself.”

A spokesperson for the singer would neither confirm nor deny the rumor, stating: “Susan has many offers on the table. At the moment she is looking forward to recording her album."
