When then new season of Desperate Housewives premieres in September, the fallout from Edie Britt's death will continue to be felt; in an unexpected manner.

Lee takes over as Wisteria Lane’s real estate agent and he sells Mary Alice’s former home the Bolens, a family that has just relocated from New York City.

The new residents are led by Jeffrey Nordling and Drea de Matteo, Desperate Housewives' two main new cast members this season.

Series creator Marc Cherry told TV Guide Magazine that the season premiere finds the new family getting “caught up in a disastrous thing [involving Susan’s daughter, Julie] and because of the attention focused on them, they worry that their secret will be exposed.

Pretty much everyone in the family is keeping secrets from each other.”

Sounds like they'll fit right in!
