Grey's Anatomy Spoilers: Mark and Lexie Talk Feelings

by at . Comments

What's to come with Mark and Lexie this season? This little spoiler-teaser from today's E! Q&A hints at what sounds like a very cool scene in the season premiere ...

Q: Any scoop on Mark and Lexie on Grey's Anatomy?

A: Mark and Lexie may be the cutest twosome on Grey's Anatomy, and the cuteness continues in Thursday's premiere, when Lexie confides in Mark about her feelings regarding George's demise. It's a quiet, gentle scene in the locker room, and we think you'll dig it!

What do you think will be said between the two?

George and Izzie to me was a GREAT couple. The only great one on this show. Mark and Lexie though are terrible, but hey after yesterday and Mark's disgusting commnets on George and Lexie the witch laughing, I hate them both and they deserve each other.

Mark and Lexie are fine. I never liked Callie with George and I really didn't like Callie with Erica. Of course, I didn't like Erica at all, she was way too arrogant. I'm glad they got rid of her. I'm just starting to like Callie now because she always had a complex with George, always flying off the handle for stupid reasons. To begin with George and Izzie were just friends, when in actuality they were always just friends! George and Izzie were never good as a couple! I like Meredith and Derek. I like Cristina with Owen, way better than arrogant Burke! Maybe Erica and Burke should have hooked up and rode off in the sunset together!

I really like Mark and Lexie and hope the writers can give them a decent storyline but something tells me they won't. I feel a sideline cheesy dialogue story for them coming this season for them. Which is unfortunate since I am one who thinks they are are a cute couple. I am already missing George. This was a big character loss and I think this season may suffer from it.

yous guys act sooooo imature on this site ! I mean really bashing a character and calling her names is just so 7th grade ! stop acting like children and start acting civilized I mean you do realize you are talking about a show right its not real life and you know the sad thing is , is that you all are probably adults ! good job! great example to us teens !

Paula, yes where did you read it? I read the same comment yesterday on E! Online but I never saw the article. I think they must know Mexie is not liked by many people though. Anuflas, I was reading older comments and the discussion seemed to start when one poster said George was more Bambi than a real man. I didn't comment back then but it did upset me especially given the way George died. I'm really saddened that George keep being seen as weak even after he gave up his life for someone he didn't even know. That to me is the definition of a man. What shocked me the most is it seemed to come from someone who claimed to be a George fan. Coming so close to George's funeral, it really hurts me as a George fan and I'm sure it hurt the other George fans too, especially since it's such an unfair allegation. Mark came in because the poster wrote that Mark was more of a man than George was. So the initial poster is the one who said Mark was better and other posters replied they thought he wasn't. I like Mark a lot (although Lexie has sort of ruined him for me) but I think he acts very immature and a lot like a high schooler at times. Even Derek's mom said so.

When did this became about George? And can we please avoid the 'George is better than the rest of the guys' debate because, like all the men portrayed in this show, he is about the same. Also, calling Mark or Alex abusive asses isn't going to resolve anything. They're still on the show and some people like them. I do. I'm not bashing George so maybe can you find some respect for me (and all the AI, Mark lovers)? I love Mark and like Lexie separate. Together? They kinda creep me out. I also don't see much chemistry. Chemistry at its best on GA have to be MerDer, Alex and Addie, and Mark and Callie (and Addie too). Mark is immature, but he has already lived. He has seen, done, lived. Lexie is also immature but she has yet to do all that. Lexie isn't looking to settle down, at least the way Mark wants to. I don't see these two passing the season. I personally am open to accept Mexie (reluctantly) if the writers decide to change the format that they are right now. It makes Mark look boring and Lexie desperate. Paula,
When did CL said that? Do you have the interview or where you read it? I'd like to see her comments. Perhaps it's why they don't work if their own actors aren't 100% committed on it.

I'm really annoyed at George being called Bambi and not a real man. He gave his life for someone. What more can he do to prove his manliness? Geez! And Mexie is the worst couple on TV right now. They're a joke.

Mmmmmcsteamy

why do people bother spending time bashing, not just on mark and lexie but in general? ughhh it ruins everything, sucks all the fun out of things.

OK first of all, Dyslexie (or Molesexie) is as sexy as rotten eggs. Second of all, if Alex and Izzie were so meant to be, it wouldn't have taken killing Denny and the obsessed AI fans threatening Shonda into dropping Gizzie (the couple she really wanted) to have them be together. Third of all, since Alex and Izzie fights usually consists of them hurling abuse at each other, it is not funny. Abuse is never funny. Fourth, Mark is more of a man than George? In what galazy, planet or universe? Mark is the most immature of the whole gang. He acts like he's 12.. George was DA man (he did an open heart surgery by his freaking self) and he died like DA man (he freaking plunged in front of a bus). The only thing George has like Bambi was his heart, but then every woman would dream to have a guy like George. Sweet and kind like bambi but as brave and strong as Superman. Fifth, even if you didn't like George with women on the show (I adored him with Izzie, loved him with Olivia and liked him with Lexie, he made the annoying gnat likable when nobody else could), they could have brought a woman outside the show to be his girlfriend and have her just guest-star. They did it with Morris on ER. George was way too gorgeous to be single, and way too much of a catch.

George and Izzie were soulmates and meant to be together. They were destiny and would still be together if Shonda wasn't such a huge coward. Mexie? LOL, even Chyler admits most people can't stand them. You know a couple is hated when Shonda has to lecture their haters on the show. Our love is like a beautiful orchid, God those two get the worst dialogue ever. I swear, I feel like vomitting every single time I see them on my screen. On the George front, I think the way he died to save a shallow idiot who wouldn't give him the time of say more than qualifies him as a real man. Not only was he a real man, but he was a complete and total hero. Not that I'm surprised, he showed signs of being a hero from the very first season when he stepped in to shield Izzie from those awful Bethany Whisper photos. He showed he was Izzie's true knight and shining armor. He also showed how much of a man he was when he defended Mer to her father when he was mad at her. I'm really sick and tired of kind-heartedness being seen as some kind of weakness. It's not. Kindness is the sign of a real man, and I feel sorry for anyone who can't understand that.

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."

Meredith (closing voiceover)

There's a reason I said I'd be happy alone. It wasn't 'cause I thought I'd be happy alone. It was because I thought if I loved someone and then it fell apart, I might not make it. It's easier to be alone, because what if you learn that you need love and you don't have it? What if you like it and lean on it? What if you shape your life around it and then it falls apart? Can you even survive that kind of pain? Losing love is like organ damage. It's like dying. The only difference is death ends. This? It could go on forever.
