I think the whole Sylar in Parkman head is that his mind became part of Parkman. So he manifests himself visually to Parkman in order to get his body back. The Nathan issue is that it is still Sylar's BODY. So, while it is the memories and thoughts of Nathan, the physical body is still Sylars which means that all the abilities that Sylar has collected are still there, his genetics are still there. The only thing gone is that essence, that "soul" that part of us that makes us...us. That is what is in Parkman. I can figure it out in my head, but typing it doesn't seem to make much sense. so..if you figure this out, then you get what I am attempting to say.

hey milover, i kinda think that the whole sylar in parkman's head storyline is kinda based/inspired by x-men, when professor x mind-wiped magneto, and after that was slowly influenced by magneto's evil into becoming onslaught.
