Just one more week until Grey's Anatomy returns with its long-awaited Season Six premiere.
Tonight, the summer of repeats fittingly concludes with the two-part Season Five finale, which culminated in perhaps the most gripping moment in the show's history.
We're sure you don't need any reminders of the cliffhanger that ended the show's fifth season, or a certain couple's post-it note vows that brought tears to our eyes.
