New Gossip Girl Sneak Peek: "Dan de Fleurette"
We saw two sneak previews earlier in the week. Now a third clip from "Dan de Fleurette" has been released, and in it, Dan meets his newest love interest.
As Hilary Duff said in her promotional interview for the show, she's been a big fan of the show from the beginning. Now here's our first look of her on it!

I've never seen Hilary Duff in anything, but in those three minutes she did anything but deliver. I thought her acting was horrible and apparently I'm not the only one. Get the hell out of here and leave more screen time to Leighton and Blake!

Totally agree with you, Toby about SD! really hope they'll be together but of course not that soon.
As for the topic, Dan is still my fav character and I hope for the better, better than Duff at least. With Georgina they had potential to be 'opposittes attract' type.
I Don't really get all the negativity about the looks or acting skills. Of all the cast Penn is my favourite too. Hmmm...maybe I have no taste. I really can't get why Meester is considered to be a great actress... In case of Westwick it's 100% but others...

Hilary tries, but she just fails in how she delivers her lines.
Dan will like her and want to be with her but it is b/c he can't have who he really wants right now so he is trying to fill that void, I just wish he would have filed it with someone other than Hillary Duff. Not excited.
I know Dan and Serena will be back, it is so obvious but I want to not mute and ff the tv every single Dan and Olivia scene. It pains me.

This is just the network's way of trying to please the Derena fans a little bit, they think we're stupid enough to fall for the knock off version of them. When they're re-using lines and similar plots (Olivia not explaining things and running off, leaving Dan confused), it's all just to fool us. Into thinking that we have something similar to what we've lost. Just like Serena and Carter are an attempt to bring back season 1 and 2 of Chair but still keep that couple together. Honestly, GG is trying to hard, even Gossip Girl's actual blogs are getting worse. They're running out of steam and aren't sure what to do about it. My suggestions, return to the core group of the show, stop with the endless parade of guest stars ALL the time. Fire the writers, at least whoever is leading season 3 into all the plot messes. And finally, fire the stylist because some of the outfits are a catastrophe.If they're stuck they need to return their GG roots and re-think what they're doing.

And Dan called Serena the same things: smart, funny, beautiful. Except it sounded alot better when he was saying it to her.
