This evening, Grey's Anatomy airs at 10 p.m. with a repeat, "Tainted Obligation."

In this fourth episode of the current Season Six, Meredith makes a difficult, courageous decision to help her ailing father, Thatcher, while Izzie's world continues to crumble.

Mark vies for a bigger role in Lexie's world, and helps out an elderly patient who needed a new "apparatus." The looming budget cuts continue to take a toll on residents.
