Let David Shore be clear:

House and Cuddy will get together. (We just hope it's soon, before this couple crosses into Ross-and-Rachel land and viewers stop caring about them.)

In a phone call with Michael Ausiello, the House creator discussed the pair's relationship, which has been teased for seasons:

“Eventually, it’s going to happen. This is the thing we’ve been dancing around - even before we knew we were dancing around it. They’re two very flawed people, but they’re two people that are very attracted to each other.

“I’m a Huddy fan, [too]. Just keep watching the show. It’ll happen eventually.”

We'll keep watching, Mr. Shore. We'll just need more than a few funny House quotes along the way to make us happy.
