I think that I will really enjoy learning about Alex's troubled past although he has somewhat turned into a "man" lately in the way he handled KH leaving him. Sure he is sleeping around with Lexie but who isn't these days (TIGER) Anyway, I don't care about the crossovers one way or the other. I think that Private Practice is a good stable creature (for now) and to invite a little of that stability into Grey's definately won't hurt.

The crossover of Ad to GA, and then Sloan going to PP was a non event. The reason for crossovers are getting more and more lame. The existance of der's little sis in PP gives them a new excuse to continue this overused device.
Can't she just come on a visit? She can't be qualified that long, so her surgical reputation won't warrent her flying in like Ad does. It'll be more fun to watch Mer's reaction to her.

Why do I get a feeling that Derek is going to stop by the O.C. soon? Crossovers are starting to get to me...
Is Amelia supposed to be also a neurosurgeon? She is supposed to be in a neuro team...
I am excited to see Alex interact with his family. He clearly chose SGH to have some contact with Alex.

Alex's brother just happens to choose the hospital his brother works at to ask for a pro bono surgery. Why aren't there characters every week asking for pro bono ops? What a small world. I think a few cats will be let out of the bag,so to speak. Mer will probably be ther resident on the brother's case.
But I want to hear alex saying his marriage to Izzie is annulled or he's divorced her. I think they need to bring Iz's mom back to tell Alex it's over if they really need to substitute someone in for KH's non appearance.
I 'm glad Patrick is still signed up for S7, hope he stays on and only leaves when Ellen does
