Spencer Locke is coming to The Vampire Diaries.

The actress - whose big screen resume includes 2007’s Resident Evil: Extinction and its upcoming sequel, Resident Evil: Afterlife - will portray a character named Amber Bradley on The CW smash.

The character is a beauty pageant contestant who competes against Elena and Caroline to be the next Miss Mystic Falls. The pageant takes place in late April.

We know Damon will dig his fans into Matt's mother when The Vampire Diaries returns on March 25 - but might Amber be another dish on blood sucker's menu when she pops up?

Locke has most recently appeared on three episodes of Cougar Town. She played Kylie.
